To send money:
- Fill out a Western Union "To Send" form
- Give the form, along with the proof of identification,
the principal amount to be transferred and the corresponding
charges to your agent
- The agent will give you a receipt with the Money
Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and your proof of
identification
- Inform the recipient of the data, the MTCN of the
transaction.

To receive money:
- Fill out a Western Union "To Receive Money" form,
including the sender's name and the expected amount.
- Give the form, with your proof of identification to the
Western Union Agent.
- The Western Union Agent will pay you out the money with
a receipt.
